• Payment was deducted, but access was not granted.

c) Duplicate Payment

Refunds will not be provided if:

• You changed your mind after purchasing the course

• You completed or downloaded a significant portion of the course

• You expected features not mentioned in the course description

• Your device or internet connection has problems

• You want a refund after watching most of the lessons

• The course was purchased during a discount or promotional offer

• You shared your account with others
